What we do for Dunwoody yards
Dunwoody is a short run north from our yard, and most of what we do here is weekly maintenance on properties where standards are set by the street as much as the owner. Tidy edges, straight bed lines, nothing left behind — that’s the job.

Beds are the visible half.
On a compact lot the beds carry the impression, which is why we weed and re-edge before anything goes down, then lay mulch or pine straw to a proper depth. Black metal edging holds a line that would otherwise disappear back into the lawn by August. Shrub trimming happens on the same visit, not as a separate trip.
Water in the wrong place.
Older Dunwoody subdivisions were graded before anyone worried much about runoff, so side yards between houses tend to collect. Buried downspout runs and a catch basin usually solve it without a major dig — drainage covers what that involves and when a French drain is genuinely needed instead.
Irrigation and new turf.
Where systems exist, we repair and extend them; where a lawn has thinned under tree cover, Zoysia takes part shade and Bermuda doesn’t. Sod installation and irrigation usually get quoted together, because new turf lives or dies on water in its first month.
